As i wait at the airport to begin my travels i look at the ups and downs required to arrive at my destination over my three flights. I can only look back on my trip to Canada 18 months ago. At this moment I feel like Rose.. its only been 84 weeks since the last holiday.
Excitement has just fully set in with a busy work schedule the last few weeks not giving me the time I’d like to create the perfect holiday itinerary. However, this has allowed me to approach the holiday in a more relaxed approach. Going against all my prior travel beliefs we have booked flights between destinations with no confirmation of accommodation or activities inbetween.
I ask myself if I’ve done enough planning and in the back of my mind if I’ve managed my time well enough between work, social activities and planning this trip. While my first response to the question is “no”, my second response quotes the legendary Larry Enticer:
